Clawdio-Pro on the Cloud
The same Clawdio-Pro software that powers our DuckBot appliance — hosted on Lucky Duck infrastructure, no client-side hardware. Faster onboarding, same managed service backing it. Built for business use, scoped to fit.
1What is Clawdio-Pro on the Cloud?
Same software, different delivery. No hardware on your premises.
Clawdio-Pro on the Cloud is the cloud-hosted alternative to our DuckBot Appliance. The Clawdio-Pro AI runtime lives on Lucky Duck infrastructure (currently our Plesk server, with future hosting at our Pine Tree Plaza facility). You get the same software — same capabilities, same managed service, same human + AI escalation tier — without buying or maintaining a Mini-PC at your location.
Choose this delivery model when you want to skip the hardware capex, onboard faster, or simply prefer cloud-only. Choose DuckBot when you want to own the hardware or value local data residency.
2Two ways to configure
You have a choice up front about whether your Clawdio-Pro tenant comes with a Zoho One subscription bundled in, or runs as a standalone deployment with whatever backend you already use.
Zoho-Powered Configuration
The Default · Easier · Faster
Your Clawdio-Pro tenant comes with a Zoho One license bundled in for one user. Lucky Duck provisions and configures Zoho CRM, Mail, Books, Desk, Projects, Campaigns, Analytics — and Clawdio-Pro integrates natively with all of them. This is the simpler path because we already know how the pieces fit together; you skip a long evaluation phase.
- 1 Zoho One user license included in monthly
- Additional Zoho One users: $100/month each
- Pre-built integrations to CRM, Mail, Books, Desk, Projects
- Faster onboarding (we know the stack)
- Lucky Duck handles Zoho admin + tenant management
- Recommended for most clients
Standalone Configuration
Custom · For Specific Use
Your Clawdio-Pro tenant runs without a bundled Zoho One subscription. We integrate with whatever backend you already use — your existing CRM, your existing email, your existing accounting. Setup is more bespoke; the tradeoff is you keep your current vendors and tools.
- No Zoho One license bundled (you keep your current tools)
- Integrations built to your existing systems
- Setup includes integration discovery + configuration time
- Lower monthly (no Zoho license cost passed through)
- Best when you already have a CRM you don't want to leave
Configuration choice happens during onboarding. Most clients pick Zoho-Powered for speed. If you want Standalone, we'll ask about your existing tools during the intake (see the Onboarding section below).
3Service tiers
Tiers below are based on the Zoho-Powered configuration (the default). Each tier includes one Zoho One user license in the monthly fee — additional users are $100/month each. Standalone-configuration pricing is similar (no Zoho license bundled) and quoted at time of agreement.
Pricing model — read this before comparing tiers
Tier setup + monthly = base price for one user.
Each tier includes 1 Zoho One user, 1 LLM allowance bucket, and the tier's integrations / workflows / support level. Additional Zoho One users are $100/month each regardless of tier (see the Add-ons section). LLM allowance can be expanded at $20/month per increment if your usage grows. The tier you pick is about scope of integrations + custom workflows + support response time — not about how many users you bring.

5Our onboarding process
We don't do open-ended discovery calls. Your tenant gets configured to a defined scope based on a structured intake — so you know exactly what you're getting and we know exactly what to build. The whole process from first contact to operational tenant is typically 1-2 weeks.
- Brief discovery call (~20 min, free)You tell us about your business, what you'd want Clawdio-Pro to handle, and which tier feels right. We confirm fit.
- Structured intake form (you fill out, ~15 min)We send you a guided intake covering business identity, current tools, target use cases (from a curated list of business-purpose options — see below), and integration requirements. No open-ended "what do you want" questions; we constrain the scope to known business workflows.
- Tailored quote + agreementYou receive a written quote and service agreement based on what your intake captured. Typically same-day after we get your intake.
- Tenant provisioning (~3-5 business days)We spin up your Clawdio-Pro tenant on Lucky Duck infrastructure, configure Zoho One (or your standalone backend), wire integrations, and pre-load workflows.
- Onboarding session (~60 min, remote)Walk-through with you and your team. Screen-share, every workflow demonstrated, all questions answered.
- 30-day onboarding/grace periodTenant is operational; we hand-hold actively for first 30 days; monthly billing starts at day 31.
What the intake captures (so we don't waste your time)
- Business name, EIN, brief description
- Industry / vertical
- Number of users who'll use the system
- Configuration choice (Zoho-Powered or Standalone)
- Current CRM (or "set up Zoho")
- Current email host (or "use Zoho Mail")
- Current accounting system
- Top 3 use cases from a curated list*
- Existing tools to integrate with (Stripe, Calendly, etc.)
- Preferred communication channel (email, Slack, both)
- Timeline / urgency
- Approval / billing contact info
*Curated use case list includes: lead capture & routing, customer follow-up automation, invoice generation, support ticket triage, marketing nurture, scheduling, internal Q&A, document drafting, and others. Custom or obscure use cases are quoted separately.

7FAQ
I have a team of 8. What does my actual monthly bill look like?
Tier monthly = base price for one Zoho One user. Each additional user who needs to operate Clawdio-Pro and have their own Zoho One license is $100/month each. So an 8-person team on Cloud Standard would be: $400 (base, includes 1 user) + $700 (7 additional users × $100) = $1,100/month. Plus any LLM allowance increments your usage requires. If only 2-3 of those 8 people actually need to operate Clawdio-Pro directly (the rest are passive consumers receiving outputs via email or Slack), you only pay for the active operators — saving $500/month vs licensing the whole team.
During onboarding we help you figure out who actually needs a Zoho One license vs who can be a downstream recipient. The goal is right-sizing — paying for what you use, not for headcount.
What if my LLM usage exceeds the allowance?
Each tier includes a base LLM allowance ($50/mo on Pilot and Standard, $100/mo on Pro). If your usage approaches the limit, we surface it before you hit a hard stop. Additional LLM allowance is $20/month per increment — you can add increments as needed. Most clients on Pilot/Standard never need more than the base; heavier-volume clients on Pro typically run with 2-4 increments stacked on top of the base.
What's the difference between Zoho-Powered and Standalone?
Zoho-Powered (default): we bundle a Zoho One subscription into your monthly service and pre-integrate Clawdio-Pro with the Zoho stack (CRM, Mail, Books, Desk, etc.). Faster setup because we know the stack inside out. Recommended for most clients. Standalone: you keep your existing CRM/email/accounting, and we integrate Clawdio-Pro with what you've got. Setup is more bespoke; monthly is lower because no Zoho One license is included. Best when you have an existing CRM relationship you don't want to leave.
Where exactly does my data live?
On Lucky Duck Productions LLC's Plesk server, hosted in a U.S. data center. Backups are stored on a separate U.S. cloud backup destination. As Lucky Duck grows, additional infrastructure at our Pine Tree Plaza facility (Klamath Falls) will provide a regional option. If your configuration is Zoho-Powered, your CRM data lives in Zoho One in U.S. data centers.
Can I switch to a DuckBot Appliance later if I want hardware?
Yes — and we offer a discount on the DuckBot setup fee for existing Cloud clients who migrate to an appliance. Your data, configuration, and Zoho One subscription transfer with you. The migration is typically a 1-week process with minimal disruption.
What if my use case isn't on the curated intake list?
Tell us during the discovery call and we'll discuss whether it fits Cloud Pilot/Standard/Pro scope or if it's better served by a Cloud Professional engagement with custom Deluge development. We deliberately constrain the standard intake to common business-purpose use cases so most clients get a fast scope; truly custom work is still possible, just quoted separately.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You keep your Zoho One subscription (transferable to direct Zoho billing) and all data within it. Clawdio-Pro tenant data is exported and provided to you as a structured archive (JSON + markdown) within 30 days of cancellation. Lucky Duck retains backups for 90 days post-cancellation, then deletes per our Privacy Policy and Refund & Cancellation Policy.
What if Lucky Duck's hosting infrastructure goes down?
Our Plesk server has 99.9%+ uptime historically, with daily encrypted backups. If a documented outage exceeds 7 days within a billing cycle, you receive a credit per the Refund Policy. If you're on Zoho-Powered configuration, your Zoho One subscription remains accessible directly via Zoho regardless of Clawdio-Pro tenant availability.
Why is the monthly higher than DuckBot's monthly?
Lucky Duck pays for the hosting infrastructure on the Cloud delivery model — that cost gets bundled into your monthly. With DuckBot, you bought the hardware once, so the ongoing monthly is lower. Over a 24-month period, the total cost of ownership is similar between the two; the trade-off is upfront capex (DuckBot) vs spread-out opex (Cloud).
