Engagement types
Pricing is procurement-cost-plus-services and gets quoted per order — every order is different (volume, configuration, on-site work), so we don't publish flat tier prices. Every quote breaks out the hardware cost and the services portion as separate lines.
DuckBot-ready hardware
If you're considering a DuckBot deployment, the hardware is included — you don't source it separately. DuckBot ships on Lucky Duck-spec'd hardware (typically a Dell 5070 Micro) with the Linux runtime, the Clawdio agent stack, and your CRM integrations. The tier you pick — Standard, Pro, or Enterprise — already includes the right machine. This Hardware service is for everything else: workstations, monitors, scanners, printers, networking, POS gear. We can bundle a DuckBot rollout with a full office refresh as a single engagement.
