What is a DuckBot?
You don't sign up for a website and start configuring. We deliver a small Mini-PC, pre-installed with our Clawdio-Pro AI software and connected to your bundled CRM. You unbox it, plug it in, and call us if you need anything. From day one, the appliance is doing real work for your business — and a real human, plus our Clawdio AI escalation tier, is standing behind it. It is the operations layer for a small business that wants the benefits of our CRM, AI assistance, and a managed IT footprint — without the overhead of running it yourself.

Pricing
You get one compact fanless Linux Mini-PC, set up white-glove and yours to keep, in the size that fits your team. The one-time price covers the appliance, the setup, moving your existing records over, and training in person. The monthly covers support for the software and the hardware — if a drive fails we replace it and the system keeps running — plus updates, monitoring, and a $25/month AI allowance for every user. Your CRM, a website and business email are part of the package, tied to the monthly fee.
Smaller system: $300/mo for 1 user, $100/mo for each additional user, up to 3 ($500/mo). Larger system: $450/mo for up to 5 users, then $100/mo for each additional user. Final quote tailored to your business after a brief discovery conversation.

How it works
Discovery conversation (free, ~30 min) — we talk about your business, current tools, what you'd want a DuckBot to handle, and which size fits. Tailored quote — a written quote covering the one-time appliance + setup fee and your monthly plan, with no surprises. Agreement + deposit — you sign the service agreement and the deposit covers hardware procurement. We build it — hardware arrives at Lucky Duck, we install Clawdio-Pro, configure your CRM, set up email + domain, and build any client-specific integrations. White-glove install — we deliver the appliance to your location (Klamath Falls / Southern Oregon) or ship it nationwide with remote install support. Onboarding training — a walk-through with you and your team on how DuckBot fits your daily ops. Monthly service begins — a 30-day onboarding/grace period after delivery, then monthly billing starts, with local human + AI support standing by.
