We make Zoho One actually work for your business.
Zoho One is one of the most powerful small-business operations platforms on the market — 40+ integrated business apps for one per-user license fee. The catch: out-of-the-box Zoho One is generic. You need someone who knows how to bend the platform around your specific business, configure the apps you'll actually use, build the workflows your team needs, and integrate the third-party tools you can't replace.
That's what we do. Three ways to engage us: a one-time setup engagement (we configure your Zoho One and hand it back), ongoing managed operations (we run it for you on a monthly retainer), or hourly support (we're on call when you need a fix).
2Zoho apps we configure
We have hands-on experience implementing every app below. Setup engagements scope is a function of how many of these you actually need configured (see Setup Tiers).
Zoho CRM
Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals. Pipeline stages, custom modules, custom fields, workflows, blueprints, COQL queries, mobile app config.
Zoho Mail
Custom-domain email, mailbox provisioning, send-as configuration, DKIM/SPF/DMARC, deliverability tuning, group inboxes, Streams.
Zoho Books
Chart of accounts, recurring invoicing, payment processing (Stripe / Zoho Payments / ACH), customer/vendor records, expense tracking, bank reconciliation, CPA-friendly reporting.
Zoho Desk
Customer support tickets, departments, agents, SLAs, ticket routing, response templates, knowledge base, customer portal.
Zoho Projects
Project templates, task management, time tracking, Gantt charts, milestone tracking, budgeting, client portal, billing integration with Books.
Zoho Campaigns
Email marketing automation, list segmentation, drip campaigns, A/B testing, signup forms, deliverability monitoring, integration with CRM.
Zoho Analytics
Cross-app dashboards, custom reports, KPI tracking, scheduled email digests. Pulls data from CRM, Books, Desk, Projects, Campaigns, and external sources.
Custom Deluge
Custom Deluge functions for workflows, scheduled jobs, REST integrations, webhook handlers, business-logic automation. The "glue code" that makes Zoho One do your specific thing.
Cross-app workflows
Lead → Deal → Project → Invoice → Payment → Ticket flows wired across the apps. The whole-stack integration most DIY Zoho deployments never get to.

3Setup tiers (one-time engagements)
Setup is a one-time fixed-bid engagement. We scope to what you actually need configured, not a generic "everything turned on." All tiers include discovery, configuration, data migration if applicable, and onboarding training.

Lucky Duck Productions LLC runs entirely on Zoho One. Our CRM, our mail, our books, our customer support, our project tracking, our marketing — all on the same platform we configure for clients. We don't sell you a stack we don't use ourselves.

7FAQ
I already have Zoho One. Can you just clean up my existing setup?
Yes. We do "rescue" engagements where the client has a Zoho One subscription that's been DIY'd, accumulated cruft, has missing integrations, or just isn't being used effectively. Same tier structure applies — we scope based on the work involved, not whether it's a fresh setup or a cleanup. Sometimes a cleanup is faster (existing data is good); sometimes it's slower (we have to reverse-engineer what's there). Discovery conversation surfaces which it is.
Do I need to buy Zoho One through Lucky Duck?
No. You can buy Zoho One directly from Zoho or you can have us provision it for you. We're not a Zoho reseller (yet — Zoho Partner application is in our future). Either way, the per-user Zoho One license cost is separate from our setup engagement fee. License costs are billed by Zoho directly to you (or pass-through from us if we provision).
How does this differ from a DuckBot or Clawdio-Pro Cloud engagement?
Zoho Setup & Management = Zoho One setup engagement, with optional ongoing support. Pure Zoho consulting; no AI runtime layer. DuckBot and Clawdio-Pro on the Cloud = our AI business operations runtime running on top of Zoho One (or another backend). If you want AI assistance integrated with your Zoho stack, those are the right products. If you just want Zoho One configured properly with no AI layer, this is the right page.
Can you migrate my data from Salesforce, HubSpot, QuickBooks, etc.?
Yes — included in Enterprise Setup, available as add-on for Starter or Professional. We handle the export, transformation, and import, plus pre/post-migration validation. Migrations from cleanly-organized systems are straightforward; migrations from messy systems involve some data-cleanup effort that we'll scope separately.
What if I don't know which Zoho apps I need?
That's what the discovery conversation is for. We'll ask about your business operations, what tools you currently use, what's working vs broken, and where AI / automation could help. Then we map your needs to specific Zoho apps and recommend a tier. Most clients end up at Professional Setup (4-6 apps); about 20% need Starter (1-2 apps); about 15% need Enterprise (full stack).
What's the timeline?
Starter Setup: ~1-2 weeks of configuration time. Professional: ~3-4 weeks. Enterprise: ~6-10 weeks depending on data migration complexity and integration scope. Discovery + scoping happens within the first week. The bulk of configuration work runs in parallel with your normal business operations — we don't disrupt your team during the setup phase.
