What this program is

Lucky Duck Productions LLC sends text messages to clients and prospective clients who have given us their mobile number and agreed to be contacted that way. It is a customer-service and account-notification program, not a marketing blast list. We send:

• appointment and meeting confirmations and reminders;
• project and service updates;
• account, invoice and renewal notices;
• replies to questions you send us.

How you opt in on our website

The opt-in happens on our booking page, https://hub.luckyduck.productions/book/consult_30. It takes three steps:

1. Pick a date, then pick an open time.
2. The booking details appear: how you would like to meet, your name, your email, and an optional mobile number for text updates.
3. Under the mobile-number field there is a consent checkbox. It is unchecked by default and is never required — you can book without it. Checking it is what gives us permission to text you.

The consent checkbox reads, in full:

By checking this box you agree to receive text messages from Lucky Duck Productions LLC at the mobile number above: appointment confirmations and reminders, and updates about your project, service or invoice. Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. See our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Where else we collect consent

Outside the website, we also take consent on a signed service agreement or when a client asks us directly to reach them by text. In every case the number and the consent are recorded against that client's record.

Opting out and getting help

Reply STOP to any message to stop receiving texts. You will get one confirmation message and nothing further unless you opt in again. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us at troymiller@luckyduckproductionsllc.com or (541) 205-3750. Opting out of text messages does not affect any other service we provide. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Privacy

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
